Count & Add Your Document Pages
Specify how many individual pieces of paper are in your document envelope. This helps our couriers prepare the right packaging and ensures your shipment is properly accounted for throughout transit. Simply use the counter in the app to add your total page count.

AI Scheduler Coordinates Your Pickup Time
Once your request is submitted, our AI scheduling system immediately begins matching you with an available courier in your area. You’ll receive a Facebook Messenger message from a Cargo Plus coordinator to confirm a pickup time that works for your schedule. The AI makes this process efficient — minimizing wait times and maximizing courier availability across your region.

Courier Arrives & Picks Up Your Documents

Delivered to the Regional Hub
Your courier transports your documents to the nearest Cargo Plus regional hub. At the hub, your shipment is logged, consolidated with other outbound documents, and prepared for the next leg of the journey — whether that’s a domestic inter-island flight or international departure.

Off to Its Destination — Updates All the Way
From the hub, your documents are routed to their final destination. Throughout the entire journey you’ll receive real-time updates directly through Facebook Messenger from Alli, your Cargo Plus package manager. Alli notifies you at every handoff — pickup confirmed, hub arrival, departure, and final delivery. You’re never left wondering where your documents are.
